The Challenge
Rapid Spray identified Weed control and chemical spraying businesses struggled with inaccurate data tracking, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency.
Traditional manual methods rely on estimates and guesswork, leading to errors, regulatory risks, and inefficient resource use. Without real-time data, businesses face challenges in verifying spray placement, measuring treatment effectiveness, and maintaining compliance.
A solution was needed to automate data collection, enhance reporting accuracy, and provide actionable insights for long-term weed management.
The Solution
Rapid Spray partnered with Jaegersoft to develop Rapid Logix, a cloud-based platform integrated with the Universal Flow Tracker (UFT) from Robotic Systems.This solution automates spray data logging, tracking precise locations, chemical usage, and spray volumes in real time.
It streamlines compliance with environmental and biosecurity regulations while enhancing reporting through heat maps, GPS tracking, and weed mapping overlays. Automated data exports and a centralised dashboard give businesses real-time visibility into chemical applications, operator performance, and treatment effectiveness, improving efficiency and sustainability.
